Everyone that I ve communicated with at Clarion has been prompt and professional. Their online portal is a bit dated and clumsy, but they have one and you re always able to access and check up on what you have insured. It seems a little tedious to update your policy online, but they are happy to do it via email and they ve never discouraged me from doing so. Their policies themselves are quite reasonably priced and cover nearly every situation imaginable. I m extremely happy with Clarion and their customer service team.
