I recently attended a retreat at Sambodhi Retreat, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The retreat center had a peaceful ambiance, and the instructors were knowledgeable and supportive. However, I felt that the facilities could be improved to meet higher standards. Nevertheless, the yoga and meditation sessions were beneficial, and I left feeling more centered and mindful.
