Independent Property Group are a shockingly incompetent real estate, and I if I could rate them lower I would. Throughout my tenancy, they consistently failed to do basic maintenance (such as failing to install blinds in a bedroom for over 2 years despite repeated requests), failed to pass on water bills till they were long overdue, overcharged rent, lied about submitting bond refund forms (which then took 3 months to be resolved) and regularly and repeatedly failed to respond to calls and emails. I had 5 property managers in 2 years and not one of them was competent.

They are without a doubt the most hopeless organisation I have ever encountered. Prior to their rebranding, their Google review rating was 2/5 stars. Even this would be too generous. Our most recent property manager James Ellis has been without a doubt one of the rudest, most unprofessional individuals I have had to deal with. I would warn anyone considering to rent a property through them to do some research and reconsider.
