I had a mixed experience with Dalton Bedding. The product quality is great, but the customer service needs improvement. The mattress I bought is comfortable and provides good support. However, when I had an issue with the delivery, it took multiple calls to get a resolution. Overall, the product is good, but the customer service could be better.
