The overall experience with South Padre Beach Houses INC was average. The house we stayed in was clean and cozy, but the amenities were a bit outdated. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. However, we had some issues with the plumbing during our stay which was a major inconvenience. The staff was helpful and responsive in resolving the issue, but it did disrupt our vacation. Overall, it was an okay experience.
