I've been following up for a transfer claim from Shell India Markets Private Limited PF Trust and its been over a month that these guys have not processed the forms in-spite of sending repeated emails.

I've submitted duly filled up Form-13 (two sets) by 23-Jul-2018 (via post) and as of today 30-Aug-2018, the forms have not been processed yet. Really pathetic service and not following up properly.
