The team at Pivot Point Partners LLC is average at best. Their website is well-designed and easy to navigate, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. I contacted them with a question and it took them over a week to respond. When they finally did, their answer was not helpful at all. I expected more from a company that claims to be excellent in their field.
