I recently had a not-so-great experience with Sep. While the acteurspublics.com website is informative, I found the checkout process to be frustrating. The payment options were limited, and the overall user experience could use improvement. However, their customer support team did their best to help me resolve my issues. I hope Sep considers these areas for enhancement. 😞
