Top loading washing machine advertised in the Medi...

Top loading washing machine advertised in the Media Markt store, the choice fell mainly due to the safety of the drum closure recommended by the seller, and what happened after 4 months of use? Washing machine "crashed" in the last phase of spinning. A week earlier, a call to the hotline that loud is walking.
We call the hotline, describe the situation, we have a telephone in 15 minutes, do we want to buy an extended warranty for PLN 150 :) well, if you sell something, they work very quickly :) we are waiting for the service - procedures. A gentleman comes and states that he does not know what he came for ... interested in the top cover, because "he just needs it", I understand, everyone wants to earn some extra money - take it, but not honest with the company. He was supposed to make a report that day, so it failed, so another two days.
We call again and what do we have in the report "replacement of the top cover", well, I thought I would fall, I said "some mockery" that this is what the service technician is interested in, so the lady went deeper and the washing machine should be completely replaced. It is not so easy, the next days, the matter goes to the service, no one calls here (because they have to replace it with a new one), despite the promise of a call back, we call ourselves and find out that 30 days, there are no washing machines in PL they don't know what's coming .... :)
Well, a holy pile of overdue laundry, and the ladies are making jokes.
We don't want this washing machine anymore, I will honestly be afraid to use any equipment of this brand. There was such a bang, and if someone was standing in the bathroom and getting hit with a piece of plastic, it could end very badly.
