I'm very disappointed in their service. A repairman came out to fix an ice machine that was not working correctly and it didn't work at all after he left. $100 later and I still don't have a working machine. I called to have them come back out. They tried once but I wasn't home and they have yet to call back and refuse to set an appointment time. They just say they'll call when they have time.
