I have been a customer of PetRede for a few years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they have a good selection of products, their prices are a bit high compared to other pet stores. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but the waiting time at the checkout can sometimes be long. Overall, PetRede is a decent company to buy pet supplies from.
