I have been a customer of Ooi Sangyokikai for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing exceptional. It would be great if they could improve their customer support as it is quite slow and unresponsive at times. Overall, I would say that Ooi Sangyokikai is an average company.
