I had a very average experience with Prospera Financial Group LLC. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate, and they provided all the necessary information about their services. However, I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to meet my needs. Overall, it was an alright experience.
