I had a pretty average experience with SDIC Fund Management. The website is easy to navigate and find information about their services. However, when it came to getting in touch with their customer support, it was a bit of a challenge. I had to wait on hold for quite a while before someone finally answered my call. Overall, they provide decent investment options, but their customer service could use some improvement.
