Chens Chinese Bistro is a hidden gem! I had heard great things about this place, so I decided to give it a try. I was blown away by the quality of the food and the attentive service. The dumplings were incredible, with a thin and delicate wrapper that was filled with a flavorful pork filling. The General Tso's Chicken had a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors, and the fried rice was the best I've ever had.
