The experience I had with Artfire.com was truly disappointing. The website was slow to load and the customer service was unhelpful. I had ordered a product and it took weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, it was not as described. I reached out to Artfire.com for a refund, but they were unresponsive. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
