I recently ordered flowers from this company's website and overall, the experience was average. The website was user-friendly and I didn't encounter any major issues while browsing and making my selection. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited variety of flower arrangements available. The options seemed quite generic and not as unique as I was hoping for. The ordering process itself was smooth though, and the delivery was on time. The bouquet I received was decent, but it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of freshness and overall quality. While the customer service was satisfactory, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of offering more diverse and creative options to customers. Despite the average experience, I might consider ordering from them again in the future.
