I have been a customer of Lazer Incorporated for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they do get the job done, their response time could be better. I have also had some issues with their customer support, as they sometimes take a while to respond to my queries. Overall, I would say they are not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement.
