Incompetent and obtrusive. I had an appointment set up for a car 5 days in advance, and I had to call the day before the appointment to make sure the car was still available, at which time I was told it was sold. I told them my business was done with them and still get blown up with several emails a day from one of their employees even after unsubscribing from emails from the dealership as a whole.
