I have been a loyal customer of Aeg for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they have a wide range of products and a user-friendly website, I often find their customer service to be lacking. The response time to inquiries is slow and I have experienced several issues with returns and refunds. Overall, I believe Aeg is an okay company to do business with, but there is definitely room for improvement.
