I recently had the opportunity to work with a security and surveillance company for my home, and the experience was average overall. The website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their services. However, I was expecting a bit more in terms of customer service. The response time to my inquiries was not as prompt as I had hoped, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to receive a satisfactory answer. The installation process was smooth, though, and the technicians were knowledgeable and professional. The quality of the security system itself is decent, but there have been a couple of glitches that required technical support.
