DO NOT fall for the free for life program because ...

DO NOT fall for the free for life program because it is all lies. Especially the free service loaners for life. We bought a NEW car and have had to have it serviced three times. Not once did we get a loaner. Even when the struts went out on our month old car and I was 7 months pregnant, I STILL didn't get a loaner. Which meant we had to sit at the dealership for HOURS waiting for everything to get fixed. All they ever say is "Oh, our loaners go out really quick, you have to schedule a hundred months in advance to get a loaner". How can I schedule an issue so far in advance when something BREAKS on my car and I need it fixed NOW. How convenient. You would think since they offer the program, they would make loaners available and stop with the lies. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this place again all because of poor customer service. Which sucks because we just bought a camper and really need a new truck.
