My child's experience at the Child Development Council of Franklin County has been positive overall. The staff is friendly and caring, and I appreciate the effort they put into creating a safe and nurturing environment for the children. The activities are engaging, and I can see my child growing and learning every day. While there have been a couple of minor hiccups along the way, the overall experience has been good. I would recommend the CDC of Franklin County to other parents looking for a reliable early childhood program.
