I have loved having the chance to be a part of smart teachers agency the consultant that I have been assigned to has provided me with the utmost detail about each vacancy given to me . The confidence that people had in me has enabled me to feel I can accomplish so much in an environment like that. I have begun to understand the importance of providing one to one interaction with children of special needs I have also begun to understand the importance of teamwork and how vital communication is how assignments are completed.
