I recently made a purchase from a certain online entertainment company and I was quite disappointed with the whole experience. The website was a bit confusing to navigate and I had trouble finding the product I was looking for. The customer support was helpful in guiding me through the process, but it took longer than expected to get a resolution. I don't want to mention the company's name, but I wouldn't recommend them.
