I recently had a really average experience with Ftz ltd - o2 franchise. The service was not terrible, but it was nothing special either. The staff members were polite, but they lacked enthusiasm. Overall, I was not impressed. My expectations were higher, considering the reputation of the company. I hope they can improve their services in the future.
