I have had the opportunity to work with Ward Capital Management and D'Wayne Prieto on a number of occasions in the course of marketing real estate projects in Westchester. I've been enormously impressed with the unique vision that D'Wayne brings to everything he does. He has a great eye for identifying opportunity and future value in projects he works on and turning something very ordinary into something amazing. I find him to be a true entrepreneur who is both creative and thoughtful in his approach and decision process, and most important for me is that simple fact that in all situations, no matter how stressful, he is always calm, practical and pleasure to work with.
