I had a mixed experience with M Briden. While their products are of good quality, I faced some issues with their customer service. The staff was not very responsive and it took a lot of effort to get my queries answered. However, once my issue was escalated, it was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Overall, I would say that M Briden is an average company.
