The worst experience of my life when trying to pay...
The worst experience of my life when trying to pay my home owners policy.
I am an elderly man and I pay by check.
Every time I receive their statement it always due in 4 days.
so of course I receive a late charge.
I have called numerous times and told it would be handled, and of course it is not. Today I received a bill for a $25.00 late charge again.
Today is 4-13-2020 and it is due 4-14-2020. So I called and aske if I could start to pay by credit card like I do with my car insurance with Met, but was told no. They will send me papers that I have to fill out.
They already my credit card on file, why can't they use it, I was told no..
I am very disappointed after being with Met Life over 6 years
