I ordered some items from their website and overall, I had a decent experience. The products arrived on time and were of decent quality. However, I felt that the ordering process could have been smoother and the website could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with my purchase and would consider buying from Formas Naturales again in the future.
