I have been a customer of J.retamal, s.l. for several years now and I must say that their service is simply average. It's not great, but it's not terrible either. They have been able to meet my basic needs, but I have had some issues with their customer support. Sometimes they take a long time to respond and their solutions are not always satisfactory. Overall, I would say that J.retamal, s.l. is an average company.
