I was at Westmed contact center for a year in Charlotte , I feel as though Westmed is very inconsiderate regards to your family well being as well as your own health, very unprofessional. Their point system is RIDICULOUS and the turn over rate is extremely high. Very stressful place to work and you had to deal with "Racist" patients also. I would not recommend this place to anyone regardless of the pay.
