SMAC to the Rescue provided IT support for our company. While their service was satisfactory, there were a few areas that needed improvement. The team could have been more responsive and proactive in resolving the issues. However, they were able to fix the problem eventually, and the overall experience was decent. I would consider using their services again, but with some expectations.
