Do NOT buy from this dealership no matter how much...

Do NOT buy from this dealership no matter how much you like the vehicle. Salesman somehow got my number off of another website used for blue booking which should have been a red flag for me, but I was interested in the vehicle he was describing. I ended up purchasing the vehicle which was a 2015 Tahoe LTZ. My husband, myself, and 3 year old son waited for 2 hours for "paperwork" until 1 pm. They were very shady about the numbers and would not give us details on the deal which was another red flag. Salesman had been promising chicken for an hour and making us feel like we couldn't leave...but finally I had to take my son to get something to eat. Texted him that we would be back as soon as we were finished. When we returned we continued to wait about another hour until someone in the business department came to tell us (as they told everyone else waiting) that it wouldn't be much longer. My husband asked for a time estimation and he proceeded to tell us that they were ready for us while we went to eat and if we wouldn't have left we would be ready! Yeah right! We told them that is not how you treat someone who is about to pay $55,000 for a vehicle. Extremely rude so we decided to leave and purchase somewhere else. Our salesman, the rude business employee, and some other man who did not introduce himself pleaded with us to buy the vehicle and suddenly produced our numbers! Although we were disappointed to that point we thought we would give them another chance. Finally we went in to sign papers and of course....promises were not met. My salesman promised a 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. In the papers it said 75,000 warranty. My little boy was so exhausted and I was so frustrated I still purchased the vehicle. I have texted my salesman several times, who of course could not give a crap less about us since we walked out that door. He deflects my questions onto other departments. Texted him 2 times asking someone to call me because no one at the dealership was answering. Spoke with the manager 2 days ago who was supposedly going to "get to the bottom of it". Two days later and still no call! Guess I should forget about the gas or gift card we were promised for our long wait as well. The vehicle was not detailed even though I asked them to. Had a sticky area on the back carpet, dust, and spilled coke or coffee on the side of the console. I mean every part of this experience was outright odd. I've bought several cars in my life and this is the only bad experience I've ever had. Thank you for reading this long review but I don't want this to happen to you. As far as the dealership goes, I would find it hilarious for you to respond to this considering no one will even answer the phone or call a customer back. Will never go back...ever.
