Dealing with Jhb Water is about as pleasant as a std. They are incompetent, don't know what they are doing and sends ridiculously high bills. Bills that aren't remotely possible for a household of our size. Then they mark it as 'Actual' when the metre is covered in 20 years worth of dirt. The current government is the worst thing that could have happened to a country as beautiful as SA.
