The Chief minister's good governance associates programme is an excellent initiative. The program provides young professionals the opportunity to contribute to the development of their communities. The work environment is collaborative and supportive. The mentors are very knowledgeable and always willing to guide and help. I learned a lot during my time as an associate and my skills and confidence have grown significantly. I highly recommend this program to anyone interested in public service.
