Georgia Hall from Independent has gone above and beyond for me as a tenant. An issue with the exhaust fan in my apartment has been ongoing for a number of months, and Georgia has responded with punctuality, understanding and a genuine interest in my comfort in my home. She has balanced the needs of the owner and of myself as a tenant, and has gone above and beyond to reduce disruption to me - Georgia has even offered to take time out of her own day to facilitate repairs or to ensure the apartment is left clean and tidy afterwards. I can always be sure that Georgia will do everything in her power to reduce disruption to me, and to resolve issues as a matter of urgency. I would highly recommend her to any tenant, and have found that she has made a stressful issue very manageable.
