Creative Printing Ink is an overall average company. Their website is quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service could be improved, as it took a while for them to respond to my inquiries. I found their product selection to be limited, but the quality of the ink I purchased was good. Overall, I would rate them as average.
