I have been a customer of Vonnen for some time now...

I have been a customer of Vonnen for some time now, and I have to say, their products are just average. Although they work as expected, there is nothing outstanding about them. Additionally, I have had a few negative experiences with their customer service. Overall, I'm not overly impressed with the company.
