The most dishonest and shadiest property company I ever came a cross.they will take advantage of the nastiest techniques to rub you any chance they get.

After living in one their apartment I received a bill of nearly 4000 $ as a move out bill after spend unreasonable amount of time trying to negotiate the cost I didn't noticed any progress in more civil solution and had been threatened that the bill will be handed to collecters.

Never ever ever trust this company.
