I stumbled upon this organization that focuses on supporting individuals with BPD and I must say, it has been a wonderful discovery. The website is user-friendly, with a wealth of resources and articles related to BPD and mental health. The community is incredibly supportive and understanding. I am amazed at the level of empathy and kindness I have encountered here. Tara4bpd has truly made a positive impact on my journey of healing.
