I had heard great things about the pancakes at this place, so I decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The pancakes were perfectly cooked and the toppings were delicious. The service was excellent and the ambiance of the restaurant was very cozy. I definitely recommend Short Stack Eatery to pancake lovers.
