I have been working at Dbs group for a couple of years now. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The company offers good benefits and the people I work with are friendly and supportive. However, there are certain areas where improvement is needed. The management can be a bit disorganized at times, and the workload can be overwhelming. Nonetheless, I appreciate the opportunities for growth and development that Dbs group provides. I believe with some adjustments, the company has the potential to become great.
