I had an average experience with Ludum. The products I purchased were decent, but nothing extraordinary. The customer service was satisfactory, although a bit slow in responding to my inquiries. The website, icsmilan.com, could use some improvements in terms of usability. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I'm not sure if I would purchase from Ludum again.
