Purchaser beware. I purchased a plasma pen through Suneva. I mistakenly trusted Brad, the sales person, to charge me the price we agreed upon, he also said he would provide additional tips as an added bonus. We received the device, were charged in excess of what we agreed to, and we did not receive the additional tips he promised. Once we received the device we found that it was not user friendly or ergonomically designed that would benefit us in performing the procedures. We have a similar device by another company that does meet our needs, so know it is possible. I was convinced this new device was an upgrade, it was not. Suneva has a strict no return policy, regardless. They also drop you as soon as the purchase is complete, with the exception of overloading my email address with sales pitches.
