Novick Brothers is an average company. Their website, novickcorp.com, is decently designed and easy to navigate. However, the customer service could use some improvement. I wasn't impressed with their response time and found their representatives to be lacking in knowledge. Overall, my experience with Novick Brothers was just okay.
