Compliments: Good security and friendly, clean rooms, good lobby service.
Criticism: 1. the clerk in the breakfast room is still not friendly and needs to be cadres again so that they smile and not be curt. 2. Room equipment try to check again carefully because I waited for the towels to arrive until 1 hour just arrived because I had been contacted 2 times.
