This review is for their Billing Customer Support or lack thereof. FIrst of, there is a definite disconnect in their billing system. Sending out notices even when bills have been settled or payment scheme has been put in place weeks before. The reps on the other line lacks the skills on how to properly and courteously address an issue. Talking with them are both insulting and disappointing.
