I had my car there for 4 days and they had not eve...

I had my car there for 4 days and they had not even looked at my car yet... plus they never called me as I promised, so..... My wife read online some reviews of dissatisfaction and a reply by the general manager by the name of Rick Wick and he was encouraging folks to call him so that he could resolve the issues.

So I decided to give it a try. I emailed him and also texted him, which he gives out his cell number and he responded right away. He read my email and said that he wanted to take care of things since the car's been tied up over a week and nobody did anything with it. The job that I got a quote on, parts and labor, was about $1,200. The service manager reduced it to $1,000, and I contacted Rick and said that I like to get an even greater discount due to the lack of communication and the length of time that this is taken. He said the entire job could be done for $500. Which is really good, because the part alone is $800. They're also sending a shuttle to come get me. He really came through for me. I originally gave one star but I'm giving four stars due to the excellent service that I received from Rick.

So if you have any dissatisfaction, contact him and he will make things right. It's because of him, that I will probably continue my patronage at their dealership.
