Groundstar Resources is providing an average service. I found their website to be a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. The information I was looking for was not readily available, and I had to contact their customer support for assistance. Although the support was helpful, it took longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would say their service is mediocre.
